Looking into infinity

“Looking into Infinity” – the boundary between still and moving images is a PhD project of Branko Sujic and represents one of the first ventures of Interactive Arts Laboratory and FDU in making future artistic gallery in virtual reality. Techniques used for this project are 360 stereoscopic photography, stereoscopic photography, animation, as well as photogrammetry, or volumetric photography.
Interactive Arts Laboratory is an interdisciplinary platform of research that gathers all departments of Faculty of Dramatic Arts aiming to provide students with experience and opportunity to experiment with new forms of drama arts.
During the last year most of activities of Interactive Arts Laboratory were focused on virtual reality. Its dedication resulted in winning two international hackathons in Belgrade and Montenegro – individually and in cooperation with Faculty of Technical Sciences of University of Novi Sad. Also, one of the most successful projects of Laboratory is reconstruction of Faculty of Dramatic Arts campus in virtual reality, together with Mathematical Institute of Serbian Academy of Sciences and Arts.
