Uros Sikimic is leading the Solutions Team at 3Lateral, an Epic Games company. 3Lateral is recognized as a global leader in the domain of technologies for creating digital humans, which have evolved into a MetaHuman product line from Epic Games. Since the launch of MetaHuman Creator in 2021, MetaHuman powered solutions have found their way to more than a million users, predominantly professionals in the video game and animation industries. His responsibilities span across MetaHuman product, research and actual productions.

Elena Shchichkina

Elena is an experienced producer and owner of the Live and Create Studio specializing in IP development, production, and licensing. Before going independent, Elena cooperated with Animaccord Ltd. for the last 10 years where she worked on the Masha and the Bear series, including its many seasons, spin-offs, and specials. During this time, as a Chief Production Officer, Elena established two studios in two different locations, doubled the speed of production, and developed new universes.

Miloš Skokić

Boško works in advertising. Sometimes, he helps juice companies sell more juice. Other times, he helps an IT company from Čačak in hiring a developer. Yet, he is always doing it with the Žiška team – by brainstorming ideas, writing, taking photos, or filming together. Sometimes he talks (unfortunately).

Alexey Gankov

Alexey has been working in the animation industry for over 20 years. He worked his way up from an IT Specialist to the head of the technological complex of the Soyuzmultfilm studio. Now, thanks to the DataScience course he has dipped his toes in data analysis, i.e. ETL, developing ML, AI, and other technologies related to the media space.

Nikola Vučenović

Nikola Vučenović is a VFX Supervisor with extensive experience in both on-set and post-production workflows. He worked as a Compositing Supervisor on Moon Knight and served as the VFX Supervisor on Don’t Breathe 2.

In addition to his work in film and television, Nikola has contributed to museum exhibitions, including the American Museum of Natural History (AMNH) exhibition. His expertise spans on-set supervision, digital compositing, and overall VFX pipeline management, ensuring seamless integration of CGI and practical effects.

Within Crater Studio, Nikola specializes in developing technological and production solutions for complex projects that require innovative approaches. Whether it’s virtual production workflows, interactive experiences, or integrating new technologies into existing pipelines, he is responsible for designing and implementing effective solutions that bring ambitious ideas to life. His work bridges the gap between creative vision and technical execution, ensuring that projects run smoothly from concept to final delivery.

Jovan Manić

Jovan has been part of the Minecraft world since 2012 and has eventually turned his passion into a profession. He co-founded SERB-CRAFT, the largest Minecraft server in Serbia with over 4000+ daily players, where he spent 9 years. For the past 5 years, he has been a COO at GoE Craft, an official Microsoft Minecraft Partner studio creating content for players worldwide on the Minecraft Marketplace!

Jovan comes from Niš, Serbia, and is passionate about technology, beatbox, biking, futsal, food, music, and books.

Rade Vukčević

Martel, an ex-architect from Montenegro/Cyprus, has worked in London, Berlin, and Rome. Shifting from design to film, gaming, music, and writing, he excels in multiple creative fields. Recently, Rade has co-designed, wrote, and composed for Bleak Faith: Forsaken and is developing Transfer and a Bleak Faith sequel. Inspired by films like Portrait de la Jeune Fille en Feu, music from Rammstein to Muslimgauze, and authors like Kafka, he balances diverse passions while crafting original music and projects.

Lena Glišović

With a Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Lena is a versatile creative professional with expertise in video game development using Unreal Engine and UEFN as well as software engineering and music production. As a Fortnite Creator, she designs and develops her own innovative Fortnite experiences while also collaborating with brands to bring their visions to life within the Fortnite ecosystem. She is also the Head of Gaming at Glitch Studios, the gaming department of Radionica KRUG, a company that has been providing applied informatics and consulting solutions for over two decades.
