Lazar Ivanović

Lazar has been in HR for about 5 years now, starting as an intern at one of the world’s largest IT outsourcing companies (Tata Consultancy Services), having worked there for 4 years at their office in Budapest. He moved through different Talent Acquisition roles there, as a Sourcer, a Recruiter, and a Recruitment Team Leader. After that, he moved back to Serbia where he worked briefly as a Senior Sourcing Specialist before joining Ubisoft as a recruiter in August 2021. Later in July 2022 he became a Business Partner. Now he is leading a small team responsible for recruitment and career development and giving his contribution to making awesome games 🙂
