Sanja works in Playstudios as a Director of Culture and Engagement, with her main focus being people and culture. She has been part of the gaming industry for a decade and along the way, she worked on various projects and collaborated with major global companies and faculties.

Lazar Ivanović

Lazar has been in HR for about 5 years now, starting as an intern at one of the world’s largest IT outsourcing companies (Tata Consultancy Services), having worked there for 4 years at their office in Budapest. He moved through different Talent Acquisition roles there, as a Sourcer, a Recruiter, and a Recruitment Team Leader. After that, he moved back to Serbia where he worked briefly as a Senior Sourcing Specialist before joining Ubisoft as a recruiter in August 2021. Later in July 2022 he became a Business Partner. Now he is leading a small team responsible for recruitment and career development and giving his contribution to making awesome games 🙂

Isidora Tasić

Isidora works as a Recruiter at Playrix RS studio helping people find great careers. Someone might say her job is growing teams, but she would argue that she is growing dreams, the very thing that makes her jump out of bed on Monday mornings. In Playrix RS she gets to work with people who make art – and that’s exactly how she would spell her dream job!

Has an extensive history of working with market leading brands to enable bespoke solutions to best suit their needs, with both hands on and strategic experience.

Marija Rakić-Lovrić

Marija is an ethnomusicologist with vast experience in teaching juniors and high schoolers, as well as in international schools.
She has organized and launched numerous workshops and festivals for children related to music, art, culture, and education (GroArt Fest, Culture for Beginners, European Heritage Days), as well as the Music Archeology in Serbia project. She is a member of the Serbian Ethnomusicological Society and an associate of the Jeunesses Musicales Belgrade.
At Crater Training Center, she coordinates classes, organizes events, and actively cooperates with educational institutions to improve teaching in the field of multimedia technologies and computer graphics.

Miloš Petrović

Experienced graphic designer/illustrator with a Master of Arts and a passion for 3D art. Always aiming to make something appealing for the eyes and soul. His expertise are illustrations, comic book art, and texturing/ making 3D models.

Miloš Paunović

As a graduated economist, Miloš completed an internship in the PwC as a financial audit trainee, a co-founded organization in support of young social entrepreneurs Razlivalište and at the beginning of 2016, he started his journey in the field of CSR in Erste Bank Serbia. Since 2018 he is a part of the gaming company Nordeus as a CSR specialist where he had been managing Nordeus Hub, a co-working space for the development of the gaming ecosystem. From August 2021 he is working within Nordeus Foundation as operations and program manager with the goal of supporting the educational system, and using gaming as a tool for the education and development of Serbian youth.
